Weapon Workshop for Beginners

Power With Purpose is hosting Weapon Workshops for Beginners throughout 2023.

These workshops are aimed at anyone who has an interest in learning the fundamentals of using weapons like the Bo Staff or Sword, but are unsure of where to begin.

The workshops are 90min in length, with the first half devoted to Bo Staff and the second to Samurai Sword techniques.

Participants will be provided the necessary weapons for the day of practise. Participants CAN NOT bring their own equipment. This is to prevent damage to premises and minimise risk of hazardous equipment that poses a risk to the student or other participants (ie equipment that is too heavy, sharp or poorly designed for the activities in the workshop).

The weapons that participants utilise during the workshop will be available for a discounted price at the end of the lesson.
